A New Twist on an Old Tradition

This is Sandy Hill Farm's Fourth Annual Charity Egg Hunt. The event last year was a major success with the farm hosting hundreds of participating children, along with parents, grandparents, older siblings, and friends with all proceeds donated to charity. This year will be run the same as last year with proceeds benefiting local area charities.

We have designed the Egg Hunt to be fun for every kiddo! Here is how it works:

We are looking forward to having lots of kids for this fun event! All times sold out last year and we expect the same this year so don't wait to get your tickets.

IMPORTANT: Before You Purchase Your Tickets Please Read.

Tickets are only required for Participating Children. Parents, grandparents, and older siblings that aren't participating in the Egg Hunt are all Free. This is an event for the whole family! Please don't purchase tickets for anyone other than participating children as we will not be able to refund the money spent on those tickets.

Tickets are Non-Refundable for any reason. But tickets can be transferred to another person by either gifting or selling the tickets. Just provide the recipient with a physical copy of the tickets, either in a paper or electronic form, and have them check in with the name of the person that originally purchased the ticket(s).

Prior to purchasing your tickets, please check with family and friends to make sure that you have coordinated your times. For this event, we won't be able to move tickets from one time slot to another. This event will sell out, so we would have very limited flexibility. Also, we pay a $2.00 Ticketing Fee every time we have to move tickets and in order to maximize our donation, we have made the decision to not move tickets for this event.

This is a rain or shine event. Please understand that this event is being held during April in New England. As we all know, there can be drizzle or light rain. We will run the event in those conditions. We will cancel the event only if there is continuous heavy rain or dangerous weather. The decision to cancel the event is at the sole discretion of Sandy Hill Farm. If the event is cancelled, you will be notified by email and text. The make-up date for the event will be Sunday, April 21st. You will be moved to the same time slot on Sunday as you had on Saturday. We will not be able to move people around for the Rain Date!

If you are concerned about any of the aforementioned policies, we recommend that you wait until closer to the event to purchase your tickets. Although, be aware that the event may sell out.

On the event date, please come to the farm ticket booth 5 to 10 minutes before your assigned time slot. This will ensure a consistent flow of participants which will help alleviate crowding.

You can bring your tickets on your phone. That will save you having to print them out.
