Blithe Spirit was written by Noel Coward during The Blitz of 1940 to lift Londoners' spirits and answer the important question - How does a stuffy, middle-aged man confront the ghost of his first madcap wife? This comedy leads to chaos as proper British comportment finds it's no match for the occult.
