The North Pole Grotto

Our North Pole Grotto is back and better than ever! Visit Santa, Mrs Claus, and two of Santa’s Elves at The North Pole Grotto, Santa's Fields Christmas Tree Farm.

When you arrive at the Farm, check in at the counter to receive your ticket to the North Pole. If you’re nice and early, please enjoy a complimentary hot chocolate or a festive mulled wine for adults before your North Pole adventure begins and don’t worry if you have to head straight in, the drinks will be hot and waiting after your visit!

Your experience will start with Twinkle the Elf taking you through Santa's Toy Work Shop. Here you will meet Dasher the Singing reindeer whilst you make some magical reindeer food for Christmas Eve.

As part of your experience, you will also meet Mike the singing polar bear, sit in Santa’s Sleigh and meet Mrs Claus, to check you’re on the nice list before you go to meet Santa.

Once Santa is ready, he will call you all into his office for a magical chat, and give each child a special gift. Don’t forget to have your cameras ready for photo opportunities with Santa in his office and in his sleigh.

This year, we will also be providing a printed photo of you all with Santa taken by one of our Elves.

Please note that all children and all adults need a ticket to see Santa. Children under 2 years are welcome to visit for free with a sibling, but will need a ticket to receive a gift. Please ensure you take care when selecting your ticket times, as tickets are non-refundable. You are welcome to take your own photos throughout the experience.
