Children will meet Santa 🎅in his cosy grotto, share their Christmas wishes, make a decoration for your tree 🎄, a magical key 🗝️or 'I believe' bell 🔔, and receive a special gift to take home 🎁. Each booking is designed to be personal and memorable, with space for up to 4 children per slot (plus up to 2 accompanying adults).

Well behaved grown ups will receive a glass of mulled or mug of hot chocolate. 🍵🍷

👶 Babies under 12 months may attend free with a paying sibling (no gift included unless a ticket is purchased).

Santa’s Grotto Terms & Conditions

• One ticket per child is required.
• All children must be accompanied by an adult throughout the visit.
• Each paying child will receive a non-refundable, non-exchangeable gift from Santa.
• Please arrive promptly; missed slots cannot always be rebooked and refunds are not guaranteed.
• Maximum group sizes apply: up to 4 children and 2 adults per booking.
• Antisocial behaviour will result in refused entry without refund.
• No food or drink permitted inside the grotto.
• Personal details provided at booking must be accurate for emergency contact purposes.
• Gifts may include foodstuffs—parents are responsible for checking allergens.
• Bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable, except if the event is cancelled by the organiser.
