With the relaxation of social distancing, we have added a group of 4 to already booked time slots, to ensure we only add 1 more family it is only available as a FAMILY OF FOUR ticket at a fixed price of £75.80 which is the cost of 2 adult tickets and 2 children tickets. It is suitable for any combination up to 4 MAX per booking. (EG 3 adult & 1 child or 1 adult & 3 child)

Once your entry time comes available, the magical train conductor welcomes you and your family onto a state of the art train simulator which is visually stunning with 3D graphics and effects, you will experience a simulated ride on the train to the North Pole to meet Santa. Full surround sound, special movement effects.

You and your family will be treated to an enchanting walk through a fantasy frozen world with 3D carved ice caves and walls, a Christmas Village, various festive backdrops and characters, 3D figures and more.
