Saol Connect

Saol Connect is a community initiative in Galway dedicated to connecting generations of first-generation migrants. We address diverse challenges faced by our community, spanning social connections, political and local government awareness, mentoring, life coaching, health, mental well-being, finances, integration, employment, and the unique aspects of growing older as first-generation migrants in Ireland.

We envision a community where first-generation migrants thrive through interconnected generations, robust mental health support, and empowerment initiatives. Our focus spans all age groups, creating a unique intergenerational space that addresses the multifaceted challenges and opportunities faced by migrants.
