Maynooth- Saturday Ballet Term 1

Weclome to Saor Dance & Fitness. We are very excited to be starting back dance classes in Gaelscoil Ui Fhiaich, Maynooth. We provide fun, friendly and safe environment for children learn dances and have lots of fun. These classes are suitable for all children.

This class children will be learning Ballet in a fun non judgmental environment and explore the world of ballet through technique and dance. 

Dance has many different benefits for young people, improving cardiovascular system, flexibility and muscular strength, increasing endurance, focus and general fitness as well as also helping with confidence, coordination and balance. These classes will be a lot of fun and hopefully will allow children to build friendships.

CLASS TIMETABLE

Saturdays

11-12pm Jazz/HH Junior Infants to 1st class

12-12.45pm Ballet 4 years - 1st Class

12.45-1.45pm Jazz/HH 2nd class and up

1.45- 2.30pm Ballet 2nd and up
