Online Taster Session for Managing Directors and Chairs 

In response to one of the most pressing issues facing organisations today, SAOS has launched the "Planning to Succeed" workshop series in partnership with strategic partners Greenburn HR, designed to tackle employment challenges. 

Recruitment and retention, adapting to new work patterns, developing skills, and planning for the succession of older staff are major concerns, not only for Managing Directors and Chairs in agricultural, but also organisations across Scotland. 

Through business reviews and direct conversations, SAOS identified the need to develop a series which fosters collaboration among operational managers, provides insights from HR professionals, and explores new strategies for managing staff effectively.
