ABOUT THE CLASS

A welcoming and progressive salsa course for complete beginners who want to build confidence, coordination, and strong foundations from the start.

You’ll learn the essential steps, timing, and partnerwork of salsa in a supportive environment, with each class building gradually across the monthly course.

The class focuses on:

• Salsa timing and rhythm
• Essential basic steps and turns
• Partnerwork, connection, and coordination
• Posture, body movement, and confidence
• Simple combinations to help everything feel natural

LEVEL: ABSOLUTE BEGINNERS

No previous dance experience is needed, and no partner is required.

This course is the first stage of the No Limit Academy training pathway:

Absolute Beginners → Mastering Fundamentals → No Limit Bootcamp

You’ll begin by developing confidence, timing, and essential salsa foundations. As your movement and understanding progress, your teacher will guide you into Mastering Fundamentals and, when ready, No Limit Bootcamp.

Regular attendance is strongly recommended, as the course develops progressively each week.

ABOUT SARA

Sara is a dancer, teacher, and co-founder of No Limit Academy.

With a background in sport, movement, and Latin Ballroom, she has trained, competed, taught, and previously owned a dance studio in Australia. Her teaching brings together strong technical foundations, musicality, body awareness, and a supportive approach that helps students feel confident from their very first class.

Sara is passionate about making salsa feel approachable and enjoyable while giving students the foundations they need to develop into confident, expressive dancers.

REFUND POLICY

Monthly course bookings are non-refundable. For beginner class - Can’t make your usual day? Make up your class on Tuesday or Thursday. ✨

If a class is cancelled by us, you’ll receive a refund or credit.

Refunds for medical or exceptional circumstances may be considered with supporting evidence.

Missed classes and no-shows cannot be refunded or transferred.
