Join me for a beautifully restorative journey of guided meditation, positive affirmations & immersive sound healing designed to help you unwind, reset & reconnect with yourself 💫

We will begin with a gentle guided meditation and uplifting affirmations aligned with the energy of the evening, helping you soften the mind and open the heart.

This will flow into a deeply relaxing sound bath using 432hz crystal singing bowls, ocean drum, rain stick, koshi chimes, shamanic rattle & shamanic drum, all woven together with calming background music 🎶🧘‍♀️☮️

Please note: no equipment is provided other than eye masks, so please bring your own yoga mat, blanket & pillow so you can get as comfortable as possible.

Important note: Sound therapy is not recommended for those in the first trimester of pregnancy, those with metal implants in the body, those experiencing severe mental health conditions, or those with sound-induced epilepsy. If you wear a hearing aid, it is recommended to turn it down during the session.
