Mossley Meditation & Sound Bath Journey

Please note - no equipment provided other than eye-masks so please bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow.

Come & unwind after your working week & experience a beautiful grounding meditation & hypnotherapy weaved in, optional affirmations before we move onto a relaxing sound bath journey using seven 432hz crystal bowls, rain stick, ocean drum, shamanic drum, shamanic rattle & chimes accompanied by a carefully curated playlist to take you on a journey of the senses. Distance Master Reiki is sent out during the sound bath using the 4 symbols. Afterwards, pick 2 oracle cards to give you some insight and inspiration for the days ahead.
