Important Venue info:
Please enter via the blue side door, through the double doors and up the stairs to the left.
Please arrive before 6.50pm to start at 7pm. I cannot let you in after 7pm as the session will have already started and the door has to be locked for security purposes.

Please note: Sound therapy is not recommended for those in the first trimester of pregnancy, those with metal implants in the body, those with severe mental health issues and those who have sound-induced epilepsy. If you wear a hearing aid, it is recommended to turn it down during the session.
