Hey, I'm Sarah and I'm a Sound Journey Practioner, Reiki Master Teacher, Hypnotherapist & Holistic Therapist, offering heart-centred healing experiences that support deep relaxation, self-connection & transformation.

I have experience in different healing modalities such as Usui Reiki, Angelic Reiki and Sekhem (Egyptian) Healing to gently support the nervous system, emotional wellbeing & inner healing.

I also facilitate Sister Circles, Sound Bath experiences and Retreat Days, creating safe, nurturing spaces where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves & be held in sacred community.

I am currently expanding my practice through training in Quantum Healing Hypnosis (under Dolores Cannon), continuing my devotion to conscious, soul-led healing & personal growth.
