A lovingly held supportive space for women to come back into the body, release what’s been held, & give voice to what wants to be heard.

Led by trauma-informed therapist Sarah Grainger of Sarah Grainger Therapies, this 2-hour circle invites you to explore what happens when we stop silencing ourselves and allow what’s underneath to move.

🌙 The Moon moves from Taurus into Gemini on Thursday, bringing a shift from grounding & holding towards the themes of voice, expression, communication & being heard so this is a beautifully relevant time for reflection, releasing & letting go.

YOUR FACILITATOR

I’m Sarah, I bring 43 years of lived experience, 15 years of experience in this field, and 10 years of working professionally within it. I lead from a life that has asked me to walk through the depths & to find my way back.

Nearly 10 years ago, I trained as a Reiki teacher & since then I have supported hundreds of clients & students through their own healing & journeys. I am also a qualified trauma-informed hypnotherapist and psychotherapist, sound journey practitioner & women’s facilitator, bringing together a plethora of different skills.

My leadership is rooted in embodiment. I understand that women don't always arrive in a circle feeling confident, or ready to be vulnerable. There could be heartbreak, uncertainty, exhaustion, trauma, transition, or experiences they haven't yet found words for. I have the experience & skills to hold space with compassion, sensitivity, strong boundaries & genuine presence - while also making room for laughter, celebration, connection, pleasure & joy.

My own life has taken me through profound soul initiations. A year ago, I experienced the devastating sudden loss of my only sibling, my younger brother, a traumatic experience that took me into depths of grief I could never have understood in the same way before living it. I have been to some very dark places & I have been to hell & back. My life experiences have changed me. They have deepened my capacity to listen without judgement, to sit beside someone in the uncomfortable places & to honour the truth of where a woman is without needing to rush her through it.

I can meet women where they are at - in their depths and in their joy. I know that healing isn't linear, and that the full spectrum of being human deserves a place in the circle.

I know how Sister Circles are potent medicine; where women can gather together in a space where they can be fully themselves. My intention is to create a circle where women feel connected enough to remember that they don't have to walk alone. A place where you can feel truly relaxed to be youself and to know that you are enough – and deserve to be seen, heard & witnessed.

SLIDING PAYMENT

There are two payment options for this event — £15 or £20 — so you can choose whichever feels most affordable for you. This is a sliding-scale approach to help make the event accessible to everyone. ☺️
