Reiki Level 1 Course

Introducing our Reiki Level 1 course, designed to help you heal yourself & your family & friends.

Reiki is a beautiful Japanese healing modality that is used for physical, emotional, spiritual and mental purposes to help unblock and cleanse your chakras and anything that is holding you back. It is safe, used world-wide and is not attached to any belief or religion.

In this course you will learn:-

What is Reiki?
The benefits of Reiki
The science of Reiki
The history of Reiki
The Grand Masters and the lineage
You will receive 4 full attunements to the 1st degree
Spiritual hygiene and grounding meditation and cleansing
The chakras
The layers and colours of an aura
Energy exchange of Usui Reiki

You will receive a bound paper manual for Reiki Level 1, a framed copy of your certificate and lifetime access to me, your Reiki Master.
You will also have access to my regular monthly Reiki Share that I put on for other students and non-students. This helps you to practice and build confidence in a safe environment. 

You will embark on a 21 day healing detox and self-healing session after this day, so please book at an appropriate time. No alcohol in these 21 days. 
No alcohol, red meat and junk food in the lead up to your attunements.
No caffeine on the morning of your attunements.

Please bring a packed lunch. Light snacks and refreshments will be provided throughout the day.

Who am I? I'm Sarah - A Reiki Master Teacher of nearly 10yrs. I trained with Psychic Medium and Reiki Master Teacher Edith Whelan many moons ago who instilled the knowledge, respect and reverence for Reiki which I believe I have passed onto my students. Since then I have helped hundreds of people to heal and taught many people this beautiful modality. I have seen how it has helped so many students flourish and blossom in their lives.

I am very excited to lead you through this incredible day and for you to learn the magic of Reiki - and cannot wait to meet you.
