Join Sarah Grainger & Amelia Moreno for a beautiful and immersive Samhain journey as we honour the turning of the wheel, the ancient traditions of Samhain and the invitation to reconnect with the wisdom that already lives within you.

Samhain marks the transition from autumn into winter and, within Celtic and Pagan traditions, is seen as a powerful threshold point — a time for reflection, release, remembrance and looking inward. It is traditionally associated with the thinning of the veil between the seen and unseen worlds, making it a beautiful time to explore intuition, inner knowing and connection.

This isn't about having to believe in anything. It's an opportunity to slow down, turn inward and explore what feels meaningful to you.

Throughout our journey together, Sarah and Amelia will guide you through a carefully woven combination of hypnotherapy, meditation, intuitive practices, sound healing and creative ritual, creating space for you to reconnect with yourself, release what you're ready to leave behind and set intentions for the season ahead.

A hands-on ritual using meaningful words, symbols and intentions to create something personal that you can take home with you as a reminder of what you're calling into your life.

🌌 Intuition & Inner Knowing Hypnotherapy
A deeply relaxing group hypnotherapy experience designed to help you quieten the analytical mind and reconnect with your imagination, intuition and innate inner wisdom.

🔮 Sitting in the Power & Connection
A guided meditation inviting you to become grounded in your own energy, connect with your sense of inner authority and explore your relationship with intuition and spiritual connection.

🌿 Grounding & Integration Practices
Gentle practices to bring you back into your body and help you integrate whatever arises throughout the day.
