Join me for 'lunchtime reset' at the gorgeous Lime Cross Nursery near Herstmonceux in East Sussex - a 90 minute session of Wim Hof Method breath work and wild swimming.  

Take time just to ‘be’ with a group of likeminded others at this tranquil lake; a time for self-care and relaxation. 

We have exclusive hire of the whole site - we'll be doing our breath work session on the wooden deck next to the lake and then you'll have chance to dip or swim in the freshwater lake.

Please note, Wim Hof Method breath work is not recommended if you are pregnant, epileptic or have serious cardiovascular conditions. If in doubt of your ability to participate, please contact your GP. 

The wild swimming session will be lifeguarded, but you must be able to swim competently in water out of your depth to participate.
