Take time just to ‘be’ with a group of likeminded others at the gorgeous Beach Box Sauna Spa; a time for self-care and relaxation.

We have exclusive hire of the whole site - so you’ll have access to all three wood-fired saunas and two super chilly ice-baths / plunge pools - but don’t panic, I’ll be on hand to coach you in the ice. Go from heat to ice, heat to ice throughout the evening - and relax by the roaring fire. Tasty nibbles will be on hand and herbal teas to have you feeling totally blissed out.
