The Imaginarium - Open Studio Sessions

The Imaginarium is a monthly open studio session at The Coach House Studios, offering a welcoming space to spend time working creatively.

These sessions are designed to give you time and freedom to explore ideas and materials in your own way. You might draw, paint, collage, write, experiment, or work quietly on your own practice. There’s no set brief and no required outcome.

Paper, pens, pencils and collage materials will be available, along with a small selection of additional materials. You’re welcome to use what’s provided, bring your own materials, or move between approaches during the session.

Each session includes an optional focus for anyone who’d like a starting point. I’ll be working with this focus myself during the session, so there’s a visible place to begin if that’s helpful, but there’s no expectation to follow it.

February focus (optional): Maps

Ideas of place, journey and imagined landscapes, explored through drawing, collage or paint — or in any way that suits you.

The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, with gentle background music and space to work at your own pace. You’re welcome to stay for the full session or attend for part of it.

No prior experience is needed — just curiosity.

Tea and coffee will be available.

Limited spaces, booking essential.
