Come and join me for some energising Yoga, healing Qi gong and relaxing meditation. This is your “me” time to nourish your mind, body and spirit and help you let go of what’s holding you back. 

The class is 50 minutes long. We will start with Qi gong exercises to quieten the mind, ground into the body and clear stagnant energy. We will then continue with yoga stretches, followed by a fun dance and Donna Eden exercises to improve your immune system, motivation and confidence and clear your auric energy field. We will then end with a calming meditation. Enjoy!

🌺 Yoga is known to help release tension from the muscles where we hold stress, this in turn releases tension from the mind. We will do spiritual yoga which is the traditional form of yoga, it’s meditation in movement.

🌺 Qi gong is an ancient Chinese healing practice which is gentle yet powerful at calming the mind and clearing energy blockages from your mind and body.

🌺 Donna Eden energy exercises are a form of gentle movements that help boost the immune system and overcome stuck energy which causes low mood and lack of motivation.

🌺 Meditation to help calm mind chatter and breathing exercises to calm the nervous system and lift the mood.
