In this webinar Sarah will teach Befriending Parts of Me; A trauma-focused preparation technique for clients of any age who present with complex PTSD and dissociation. This is a structural dissociation, polyvagal, information processing informed preparation technique used to develop readiness for trauma memory reprocessing. This technique is grounded in curiously getting to know all parts of our clients; their strengths, fears, protective role and defensive nature. This webinar highlights each step with clinical examples, and space for practice.
