This Recorded Webinar discusses EMDR therapy and the legal system, with a focus on implications for clinical work. Delivered by Anthony Hurst, Anna Clarke, and Sarah Schubert, who will bring together legal and clinical perspectives to support practitioners in this complex space.

Anna overviews key aspects of the Australian legal system. Anthony discusses case law and the legal landscape. Sarah touches on the EMDR literature base and how this intersects with the law. The focus here is sharing knowledge, and our ideas on the implication for out clinical work as EMDR clinicians.
