Family Constellations Workshop with Sara Poss
Family Constellations offer a powerful way to explore the deeper roots of personal, emotional, or relational challenges. Often, these struggles are linked to unresolved dynamics within our family systems; patterns that may be hidden from everyday awareness but continue to shape our lives.
Through a deeply intuitive process, these patterns are brought to light using a “living map” of relationships. In a small, supportive group (5–9 people), an "issue-holder" shares a concern. "Representatives" step into the roles of family members or key influences, allowing the issue to be seen and felt in a new way. This often leads to profound insight, emotional release, and a greater sense of resolution.
Whether you're sharing an issue, representing others, or simply witnessing the process, each role offers a moving and meaningful experience. No prior experience is needed; just curiosity and a willingness to explore.
