Need help?
Constellations workshops offer a unique and experiential way to explore the deeper patterns behind persistent challenges in our lives. They can be particularly helpful when an issue feels difficult to shift or when there may be more beneath the surface than we can easily see.
The term Family Constellation reflects the understanding that many personal difficulties can be connected to the wider family system we belong to. This approach explores how family relationships, roles, and unresolved experiences across generations may continue to influence our lives today. By bringing these dynamics into awareness, new insights and shifts often become possible.
Workshops take place in a small, supportive group of 5–9 participants. You can attend either as an issue holder, bringing a personal question or challenge to explore, or as a representative, supporting the process by taking part in other participants’ constellations. Both roles are valuable, and people often gain insights regardless of the role they take.
Through this shared process, the group creates a simple “living map” that brings relational dynamics into view in a direct and often moving way.
No prior experience is needed to attend.
