Family Constellations: A Four-Month Journey

Are you curious about the deeper patterns that shape your relationships, choices and experiences in life?

Family Constellations is an experiential group process that explores the hidden dynamics, connections and stories that may influence how we relate to ourselves, others and the world around us.

Through the constellation process, we create space for new perspectives, insight and understanding. By bringing unconscious patterns and relational dynamics into awareness, new possibilities for change and greater freedom can emerge.

About the Journey

This small, closed group offers a supportive and held space for deep exploration over four months.

Across four sessions, each participant will have the opportunity to experience their own personal constellation, while also witnessing and participating in the work of others. The group process often brings valuable insights, reflection and resonance, creating a shared experience of exploration and discovery.

This journey is an invitation to look beneath familiar patterns, explore the stories that have shaped you, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships.

Your place also includes participation in one open Family Constellation workshop (2026/2027), offering an opportunity to continue exploring and integrating the work beyond this group.

Practical Details

This is a small, closed group that meets monthly from September to December 2026. Participants are encouraged to attend all four sessions wherever possible, as continuity supports trust, connection and the depth of the process. If you need to miss a session, you are still welcome to continue.
