Mommy & Me: Wellness in Motion is an outdoor Latin-inspired dance experience created especially for moms and little ones ages 0–3.

Step outside, move to uplifting Latin rhythms and enjoy meaningful bonding time with your little one in the peaceful outdoor setting of SaraVana Estate.

No dance experience is needed! Clarissa will guide you through fun, easy-to-follow movement designed to help moms feel comfortable, energized and connected while sharing a special experience with their little ones.

It’s also a beautiful opportunity to meet and connect with other local moms in a warm and supportive environment. ❤️
