Katie Bracher (@Saunamasteruk) and Jez Tozer (@saunaoursouls) are delighted to be hosting Birute from the International Bath Academy to offer a fun evening of sauna, steam and leaf whisking in Cornwall - come and experience new sauna sensations with a highly experienced bath master who is visiting from Lithuania to share her wisdom. 

Leaf whisking, sauna treats and special rituals abound in the magic spaces created by Birute.

Trenarren HOUSE is a grade II listed, Georgian manor house in the heart of south Cornwall’s AONB.
We’ve recently been given the opportunity to realise a shared dream ... to build a sauna and create a sanctuary for creativity and well-being here.
It’s a place to share food, feelings, yoga, dance, a hug, music, stories, our hearts, and last, but by no means least ... sauna!
A sanctuary, a home from home, somewhere to create, to inspire and be inspired, to learn, to give and most of all, a place to receive.
It’s a unique space for us to play, to enjoy and to explore the intersection of creativity and well-being in nature with love. Whether you come for a single sauna session, a training, a retreat, or a creative residency …our grounding prayer is that you leave feeling certainly a little, and maybe a lot better than when you arrived x
