Plant Spirit Medicine & Sauna Experience with Laura

Join Wild Medicine Woman, Plant Priestess, and Thresholder Laura for a deeply immersive Plant Spirit Medicine Workshop & Sauna Experience on Sunday 18th May 2025. Drawing from her Hungarian lineage of plant healing, anointing, and thermal spring traditions, Laura will guide you through a sacred whole-plant and whole-person healing ritual. Followed by a 3 hour thermal wild spa experience and a cup of warming soup.

Event Schedule:

🕜 1:30–3 PM – Plant Spirit Medicine Workshop
Connect with native herbal allies and explore their healing wisdom in an interactive session before entering the sauna.

🔥 3–6 PM – Sauna Experience
Begin in the Forest Room, a warm and steamy greenhouse sauna, before moving into deeper heat where Laura will offer the holding of working with plants in the sauna environment. Then there will be free time to enjoy the saunas. Afterwards, enjoy a cup of nourishing veggie soup before heading home.
