Wild Spa Wowo are hosting a new programme of special guided sauna events that bring accomplished sauna masters and ritualists to our forest glade temple of natural delights!

In astrology and numerology, Friday is known as "Venus Day" because it's ruled by the planet Venus, associated with love, beauty, pleasure, harmony, and creativity. With this in mind, we are dedicating our Friday sessions to slowing down, reconnecting with the senses, and celebrating the softer, more sensual side of sauna culture.

Sam & Molly from Heal Saunas are a husband-and-wife duo, offering invigorating Sauna Ceremonies. Much more than just a sauna session, a sacred ritual of balance, connection and renewal.
Inspired by their van travels across Europe, Sam & Molly experienced a plethora of sauna rituals and learned different sauna techniques and offerings which they have woven together in their sauna ceremony, celebrating various sauna cultures. 

A 2 hour guided multi-sensory experience, with hot and cold therapies, breathwork, natural homemade skin treatments, foraged leaf whisks to massage the body, and therapeutic herbal infusions to open the respiratory system.

Immerse yourself in the contrast of heat & cold with multiple 10-15 minute rounds in and out of the sauna, bathe amongst natures healing gifts as the foraged leaf whisks direct the steam around the sauna allowing you to release layers of built up tension. Sam and Molly offer 1:1 bodywork with the whisks creating a sense of safety as the space is held for you to deeply release and let go.
