Join Sigrid for an elemental journey in the forest spa, where we explore what each element brings to us in the heat of the sauna.
Feel the grounding presence of earth, the uplifting lightness of air, the intensity and spice of fire, and finally, the cold, calming embrace of water.

This special wellness evening guides you through the elements with three sauna sessions, complemented by carefully selected hot and cold drinks. A moment to connect, unwind, and explore the wild forest spa through the power of ritual and sensation.

Sigrid van Rijswijk is a decorated Aufguss Master from the Netherlands. She has won three international Aufguss competitions and recently achieved second place at the Live Music Cup in Belgium. Known for her expressive style and deep connection to ritual, she invites you to experience the elements in their purest form.

This guided four-element aufguss journey unfolding over four rounds across three hours. Moving through the elements, each round layers heat, rhythm, scent and ritual, with smoke ceremonies, aromatic infusions, birch branch whisks and refreshing “branch showers.” The experience flows between sauna and outdoors, concluding with cooling air, scent and movement, and hopefully a beautiful sunset to close.

This event is open to all aged 16 and over. No experience necessary to this immersive sauna ritual.
