A ONE-DAY IMMERSIVE WELLNESS FESTIVAL IN THE WOODS AT WILD SPA WOWO

Flow Fest 2027 is a carefully curated day of movement, sauna, music, workshops and deep rest in the woodland at Wild Spa Wowo, Sussex. Build your own experience from a programme of sessions designed to help you reconnect with yourself, nature and community. We run 2 festivals a year - one to celebrate the summer solstice and one for the autumn equinox.

Expect yoga, breathwork, sauna rituals, live music, talks, creative workshops, cold water immersion and space to slow down.
