Hand-stitching a sauna hat rather than using a sewing machine is a slow, restful, and creative process. Amy from Sussex Sauna Hats will guide you through the this social, calming, meditative experience that mirrors the mindfulness of sauna culture itself. You will create your own personalised, sustainable sauna hat using natural materials - pure wool and cotton thread. 

The hat making session will be followed by 2 relaxing hours in the Wild Spa to try out your very own hand made sauna hat. Drift from our hot nordic sauna to our clay lined earthy sauna to our wood fired hot tub. Try out our woodland shower and plunge pool if you are feeling brave. We also have a heated forest room between sauna rounds for ultimate relaxation!

 Suitable for anyone even those who have not sewn or sauna'd before!
