Based on Birutes work for Sauna Aid (using sauna hosting to support refugees in shock) and her extensive experience, training in family constellations and much more.
We are delighted to share this in depth day with a small group to dive deep into the healing art of sauna therapy.
The womb-like and intimate space of the sauna creates a safe space for ritual, sharing and healing. The sensory experience connects people to their bodies.
