We warmly invite you to our third Flow Fest on Sunday 22nd September. Experience a full day of holistic wellbeing and connection with nature. Hidden in a magical forest glade, this one day festival offers an experience like no other. Create a bespoke day of self care by selecting workshops that resonate with you. Our festival features five unique zones, each with a special focus to help you create your own wellness journey.

The Movement Meadow: Find your center and connect with your body through various movement classes like yoga and dance. Our experienced instructors will guide you through each session to help you ground

yourself and leave feeling revitalised.

The Spa Space: Indulge in the ultimate relaxation experience with guest sauna masters who will guide you through various sauna rituals and body treatments. Float between our wood fired sauna, steam room, forest showers and cold plunge pool. 

The Creative Corner: Immerse yourself in personal development through creative expression. Join us for arts & crafts sessions and listen to inspirational talks. Let your imagination run wild and to discover new talents.

The Nature Workshops: Reconnect with nature and learn new skills with our range of activities like foraging and walking meditation. Get ready to explore and discover the beauty of nature.

Harmony Haven: Elevate your spirit with our sound and gong baths. This zone is designed to promote a sense of inner peace and harmony.

The High Vibe Realm: Elevate your spirit with workshops that bring high vibrations! This zone is really designed to uplift your soul.

🎟️ Tickets:

All tickets include entry to the festival, access to the wild spa and all workshops, a homemade vegan soup for lunch and some nourishing food at the end of the day. £95.

💰 Payment Plans Available!

We understand that planning can be challenging, so we offer payment plans. There is an option already to pay in 2 or alternatively contact Ellie at hello@wildspawowo.co.uk to set up a plan that works for you.

🕣 Timings:

11:00 - 12:00 | An Hour to land, settle in and register for workshops

12:00 - 19:00 | Workshops & classes with half hour breaks between each one for refreshments and relaxing.


19:00 - 20:00 | Gentle afterparty at the end to relax with live music, food and a Sacred Fire. We will also have a market of makers wares


FAQ:

• What is WILD SPA WOWO? A magical forest glade wild spa and retreat space that offers the ultimate wellbeing experience. Relax and nourish your body, mind, and spirit in our hidden corner of Wowo Campsite.
• Can I bring my children? This is event is for those aged 16 years and over.
• Is there accommodation available? Yes, Wowo Campsite offers camping pitches and glamping options. Please visit their website for bookings, as they are a separate entity from us. Accommodation will be very limited during peak season, so book early!
• What is the nudity policy in the sauna? Clothing is mandatory for this event. We do offer clothing-optional sessions every Wednesday.
• What is the cancellation policy? Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to a friend at no cost.
