Live Yoga, Love Beer Fundraiser for Hospice Savannah

You're invited to join Savannah Power Yoga at Service Brewing on Saturday, Sept 27th for a special Beer & Yoga event benefiting Hospice Savannah’s Edel Caregiver Institute. $40 gets you a 60 min yoga class, a pint of beer and your choice of a free t-shirt or tank top. Bring a mat, water bottle and come as early as 11:15am to check in.  Enjoy delicious menu items from Strangebird Food Truck after class. 

Edel Caregiver Institute’s mission is to support caregivers as they support their loved ones. A caregiver is someone who provides care to another person who is elderly, ill, or disabled. Family caregivers receive little training on how to deliver complicated care. Not surprisingly, research shows that family caregivers are at increased risk for health, emotional, financial, and work-related problems. No matter the diagnosis or stage of the diagnosis, Edel Caregiver Institute is our community resource for hands-on training and emotional support for family caregivers.Don’t miss out on a day of yoga, beer, yummy food, and fundraising! Our resident brew cat, Black Hawk will be hanging out looking for back scratches. Live Yoga, Love Beer!

2pm: Raffle drawing!
