Fidelitas at The Bradley: A French Winemaker Dinner

Join us at The Bradley for an intimate evening with Fidelitas, one of Red Mountain’s premier wineries.

This four-course winemaker dinner features a French-inspired menu created to complement four distinctive Fidelitas wines, beginning with the 2024 Optu White and progressing through Merlot, Malbec, and Estate Cabernet Sauvignon.

Each course has been thoughtfully paired to highlight the character of the wine, from seared scallop and wild mushroom vol-au-vent to roasted duck and red wine-braised beef cheek.

The evening will conclude with a dark chocolate and Roquefort truffle, accompanied by a special surprise taste from France.

This is a limited-seating dinner designed for guests who appreciate exceptional wine, thoughtful food, and an intimate dining experience.
