Designed around the best of Kilkenny’s modern artisan producers, the menu weaves together local treasures with exotic spices arriving via ancient trade routes. 

Experience the garden as a living larder, where freshly plucked herbs brighten sharing boards, leading into a magnificent main of fire-roasted pork and root vegetables served with hand-picked apple sauce. The night concludes with a dramatic, Samhain-inspired dessert alluding to Kilkenny’s colourful history of witchcraft.
