SBA Honey Workshop 2026

SBA PRACTICAL WORKSHOP

Join us for a one-day SBA Workshop to be held on Saturday 12th September 2026 at Cawdor Community Centre, Cawdor, Nairn, IV12 5XR. The workshop will run from 10 am to 4 pm.

Subjects covered will include:

• What is honey?
• Extraction methods
• Dealing with OSR and heather honey
• Food hygiene and safety
• Labelling, Marketing, and Pricing
• Preparation of clear and soft-set honey for sale
• Showing honey

Participants will get hands-on experience of using a variety of methods of extracting and processing honey.

Cost      SBA Members: £55        Non-members: £65
