Finger Painting for Grown-Ups

Do you have a desire to make something, but aren't sure where or how to start? 

Do you ever find yourself doubting your own creative abilities?

Are you looking for a way to activate your inner child and just have fun getting messy again? 

If you answered "yes" to any or all of these questions, our Finger Painting for Grown-Ups workshop is perfect for you. We'll take you back to basics with this two-hour session that is designed for any painting experience level, but is especially perfect for anyone who is looking for a relaxing social activity. It's also great for anyone looking to get their hands messy on purpose - something that a lot of us grown-ups have a hard time doing! 

This workshop will provide participants with:

• A creative outlet in an intimate, judgement-free environment
• A guided journey through the sensory experiences and benefits of finger painting
• Freeform expression without the limitations and expectations of brushes or other tools
• An exploration of finger painting as an exercise in mindfulness and self-regulation
• An understanding of some basic colour theory concepts

All materials will be provided, and each workshop participant will take a minimum of one art piece home with them!
