SCD welcomes you to try BOUNCE!

In September 2023, after much demand, AND after finding 3 awesome new team members, we launched 'BOUNCE' for kids. 
BOUNCE is gymnastics for dancers, SCD style. Relaxed, inclusive and designed to work as a complimentary set of classes alongside our dance programme.

We launched BOUNCE with school age classes; Reception to High School. Then in January 2024 we launched the mini Pre School versions.

And now we are really excited to respond to much interest in beginning an ADULT version. We have no idea who will come but we do know that Becky and Holly will run a really inclusive, fun, safe and skillfully led class whatever your level. 

This class is for men and women.

Join in if you have no gymnastics experience and want to try something brand new, growing your strength and flexibility. 
Join if if you used to do gymnastics all the time and would like to dust down those skills in a new way with the adult version of yourself.

TICKETS

* Tickets are free to existing adult class members and just £5 to guests as a special trial fee
* Cancellations should be made 48 hours before the event starts. Cancellations less than 48 hours before the event starts cannot be refunded and free places will a cancellation fee of £5.

BOUNCE CLOTHING...

No need to wear sequin leotards just yet ;) BUT because of the activities we do in BOUNCE, we work a little harder to keep everyone safe and enjoying the session as much as possible.

We, therefore ask BOUNCERS NOT to wear:
*Belts, buckles, buttons, zips etc on clothing.
*No extra baggy clothes - apart from joggers
* No hair clips or headbands.
* No jeans, dresses, skirts
* No hooded jumpers
* No jewellery of any kind.

Please DO:
* Keep long hair tied up.
* Attend with bare foot only.

T-shirt and shorts/leggings/jogging trousers would be ideal.

Parking / Transport:
> Evening access to SCD is via the centre's rear doors as shown here.
> Many bus services stop just metres away from these doors on St Nicholas Way.
> Parking is available in the St Nicholas shopping centre or locally on streets or at Asda and Sainsburys
> SCD is just a 10 minute walk from Sutton Mainline Train Station.
