SCD INVITES YOU TO CHRISTMAS CAMP 2024 - FELIZ NAVIDANCE

This Christmas time you are invited to SCD's Christmas Camp in a Day, on Monday 23rd December at 10.00-16.00

Open to everyone currently in Reception Year (not PreSchool) and up to School Yr8, with School Yr8 students also able to apply to take part as Young Leaders.

This high energy full day of dance will be a brilliant way to kick off the Christmas holidays in style with everyone learning some unique choreography which will be filmed, edited and shared as our FelizNaviDance Christmas dance video.

This event is fully staffed by at least 10 SCD team members, all DBS checked and qualified first aiders.

Featuring  a mashup of Christmas tracks old and new, this dance camp will be a safe and inclusive place where everyone will have the opportunity to learn, grow, exercise, make friendships AND create a lasting memory through the making of the Christmas dance track video.

Book in before the tickets all go to avoid missing out on a brilliant Christmas dance experience.

If, by the time you try to book, the event is sold out, do join the waiting list and places will be offered if any cancellations are made.

KEY INFO

* Booking is for the whole day, costing £19 for enrolled SCD class members (paying class fees when the event takes place) £28 for SCD class siblings or £38 for guest family members (those with no one in the family currently paying for SCD classes). For comparison, charges workout per hour, per child as; £3 / £4 / £6 respectively.
* Half day tickets not available for this camp 
* Doors open 10.00 - ticket QR codes are scanned on entry
* Parents and guardians drop students off and are unable to stay at SCD during the event for safeguarding reasons
* Pick up is 16.00 
* Wear trainers and comfortable clothes for dancing in - feel free to wear Christmas themed clothes
* The camp is open to all school age children from Reception upwards
* Each student will need a packed lunch, water bottle and snacks - please avoid anything containing nuts to keep others safe
* High School yr8+ students, already enrolled in SCD classes are invited to apply to join the team as Young Leaders for a free ticket and to develop leadership skills whilst having a great time supporting younger students.
* If your child would benefit from 1-1 buddy support (from a young leader) please indicate this on the booking form.
* And yes, the rumours are true, we guarantee some SCD snow...

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

> Tickets are refundable in full for cancellations sent before 9pm on Friday 20th December. 
> Cancellations made after this date but 24 hours before the camp starts can be refunded up to 50%.
> Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event (including on the day of the event) will not be eligible for refunds unless for exceptional medical reasons at the SCD management team's discretion.
> Cancellations are to be emailed to info@scd.org.uk including the student's name
