TWO DAYS. ONE MAGICAL CHRISTMAS MOVIE. STARRING YOU!

Get ready for the most WICKED (in a good way!) Christmas adventure at Sutton Community Dance!

This December, we're transforming SCD into a world of festive magic, music, creativity and incredible dancing!

Across two unforgettable days, children will learn exciting choreography, make Wicked-inspired Christmas crafts, enjoy surprise activities, meet some special guests and make new friends along the way.

🎬 AND THE BIG FINALE?

Together we'll create our very own A WICKED CHRISTMAS DANCE FILM, starring the children themselves!

The finished film will be shared FREE with participating families — a magical Christmas keepsake to enjoy again and again.

You don't need to be an SCD member to join the magic!

Places are limited, so book your child's place and get ready for a Christmas they'll never forget!

**LATE PICK UP ADD ON OPTION** if due to work commitments, last minute Christmas shopping etc or any other reason (!) all families are welcome to select a 'late pick up' ticket option on either or both days. For £5.50 for SCD enrolled students or £8.50 for guests, children can be collected at 5pm instead of 4pm. Children staying for the extra hour will have a choice of SCD team led activities from crafts to children's yoga, 'Just Dance' and some other festive options.

Whilst we recommend booking camp attendance tickets ASAP, to guarantee spaces, the 'late pick up' add on options can be added as late as 1 week before camp... thats when we need to know late pickup numbers for our staffing ratios.

10.00 – Welcome & Check-In
QR code scanning, meet the team and head to age-based groups.

10.15 – Let's Get Dancing!
Fun icebreakers, warm-ups and exciting Wicked-inspired choreography.
11.15 – Snack Break
Time to recharge!
11.30 – Dance Together!
Whole-camp dancing followed by festive Christmas crafts.
12.45 – Lunchtime
Enjoy your packed lunch with friends.
13.30 – Chill & Create
Relaxation, wellbeing activities, short films and more Christmas creativity.
14.00 – Dance, Dance, Dance!
More choreography, sharing routines and cheering each other on!
15.00 – Wicked Christmas Surprises!
Special activities, festive fun, karaoke and dancing together.

16.00 – Home Time
Safe collection by parents and guardians.

✨ Our timetable is flexible, with plenty of opportunities for fun, friendship and a little Christmas magic along the way!

KEY INFO

* Bookings are for both days, Tuesday (22nd December) and Wednesday (23rd December) 10.00am-4.00pm, costing £42 for enrolled SCD class members (paying monthly class fees when the event takes place) £52 for SCD class siblings or £84 for guests (those with no one in the family currently paying for SCD classes). 
* Doors open at 10.00 - ticket QR codes are scanned on entry from your ticket confirmation emails
* Parents and guardians drop students off and are unable to stay at SCD during the event for safeguarding reasons
* Pick up is 4.00pm, unless you choose the 5.00pm finish time.
* Wear trainers and comfortable clothes for dancing in - feel free to wear Christmas themed clothes
* The camp is open to all school age children from Reception upwards
* Each student will need a packed lunch, water bottle and snacks - please avoid anything containing nuts to keep others safe
* High School yr8+ students, already enrolled in SCD classes are invited to apply to join the team as Young Leaders for a free ticket and to develop leadership skills whilst having a great time supporting younger students.
* If your child would benefit from 1-1 buddy support (from a young leader) please indicate this on the booking form.
* And yes, the rumours are true, we guarantee some SCD snow every year ;)

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

> Tickets are refundable in full for cancellations emailed before 9pm on Friday 11th December. 
> Cancellations made after 9pm on Friday 11th December (including on the day of the event!) will not be eligible for refunds unless for exceptional medical reasons at the SCD management team's discretion.
> Cancellations are to be emailed to info@scd.org.uk including the student's name and reason.
