Our Collective Power

This year, we are headed to the beautiful Scottsdale, Arizona for Our Collective Power 2025.

Our Collective Power is not your typical school board conference; we curate an intentional and shared experience that is 100% centered on the experiences and needs of elected school board members from across the country. Our attendees will have exclusive access to the valuable knowledge, practical tools, and personal networks needed to drive change in the districts they represent.

1. The conference will include self-care sessions such as meditation, reflection and journaling, song, movement & yoga, and opportunities for healing.

2. Content sessions focused on Superintendent hiring and evaluation, effective board governance, strategic budgeting and finance, community engagement, policy writing focused on equity and antiracism, and more.

3. Networking opportunities with school board members from around the country all committed to equity and excellence for ALL students.

4. Practical tools you can take with you to make your job as a school board member easier and more impactful.
