As well as making your organisation more attractive to funders, being able to measure social impact will enable you to measure the effectiveness of your organisation, to benchmark with your competition and allow you to see where improvements can be made.
This workshop will introduce essential concepts, theory and practical steps to ensure that you can start working on your plan to report on the change you make in the world.
Who's it for?
This workshop is designed for organisations who need to demonstrate their impact to help them raise funds and plan their activities but have limited time, money and specialist skills.
Course content
- The purpose, function and importance of social impact measurement
- Demystifying some of the terms and jargon
- Helping to make this really practical with important starting points.
- Consider the 'what, when and how to get started'.
- Work on your organisation in the session you will leave with real tangible next steps and an action plan.

- Choose and book the workshops.
- All workshops cost £10 each.
- We will run a check to ensure you are based in the West Midlands.
- 1 person can book each workshop per organisation to ensure these workshops reach as many organisations as possible.
- You will be sent a Zoom link two days before the workshop.
- Please let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend so that someone can take your place.
