Lent Reflections: Called to the Journey

As we journey through the wilderness of Lent, we invite you to join our retreat with the School for Synodality in taking time to dwell on what it means to “walk together,” opening ourselves to hear the whispers of God along the way.

We offer some spiritual reflection through material drawn from our resource, A Feast for All Peoples. Each week of Lent, we will send a short guide containing scripture, brief notes, a passage from the Final Document, and reflective question to ponder during the week. We invite you to accompany us, praying for the grace to continue on the synodal path, whether in small steps or great leaps, always together.

These materials are offered as a resource to be used as you are able. The first email will arrive on Monday 23rd February, and with a link to our dedicated website area, with a new reflection added each week.

We hope you will be encouraged to pray with us through to Week 7, as our journey concludes on Easter Monday. There, in the joy of the Resurrection, we will share the banquet prepared by Jesus on the lakeshore for his disciples.
