PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BUY YOUR TICKETS! 

Due to changes in our licensing all people 18 and over entering the event will be ID checked and this ID must match the name on your ticket. You will need to bring a physical form of your ID with you NOT a photocopy, not a photo or any other copy. ID that will be accepted are :-

• Current passport or an equivalent form of identification such as a national identity card with a photograph and date of birth;
• Current photographic driving licence or provisional licence with date of birth;
• Military identification card with a photograph and date of birth;
• A Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS) approved age card.

All under 18s must be accompanied by a ticket-holding responsible adult over the age of 21. Each adult can only be responsible for a maximum of THREE under 18's and ALL children must have a ticket even though 0-12 year olds are free.

1. All sales are final. No refunds, please do not ask as it is not comfortable for any of us. There are NO tickets for individual performances – you are buying a ticket to the festival not to see an individual act.

2. If you are buying for a child aged 13-17, you need to purchase a TEEN ticket. These can only be purchased at the time of booking an adult ticket. 

3. We operate a challenge 25 principle in all our bars and only those over the age of 18 can purchase alcohol. You may be asked for ID when purchasing alcohol and if you cannot prove it we will have to refuse service. 

4. No ticket transfers allowed. Adult tickets can be resold through our official ticket resell site https://tixel.com/uk/. ID checks will be in place to make sure the name on the tickets matches your ID - if it doesnt you will be refused entry. Teen and child tickets cannot be resold due to licensing restrictions. 

5. Please make sure you have purchased a Weekender Camping ticket if you intend on staying overnight as you will not be able to access the camping area without one.

6. Caravan/Camper van - if you are staying in a caravan or, camper van, you need to buy Weekender camping tickets for all those in the caravan PLUS a caravan/camper van pass PER vehicle. Please see the guidance on camper/caravan allowances here

7. Glamping - you will need a Weekender camping ticket for all those glamping, plus ONE glamping pass PER tent

8. Please note your bank statement will show as School in Bag Trading Ltd (or an abbreviation of this: SIAB Trading Ltd etc) as this is our Business name. Any issues/questions, please contact us.

Upon purchase, an eTicket from Ticket Tailor will be sent to the email address you supplied when buying your tickets. Save this to your phone, Apple Wallet or print out and bring it with you to the event. No ticket, no entry.
