Advanced Energetic Bodywork & De-armouring

In 'Advanced Energetic Bodywork 1' we build on the skills learned in Kundalini Bodywork working with the Masculine and Feminine pathways and energetic polarities in the body, while including more theory and practice for working with the energy/chakra systems and the electromagnetic field/aura of a person.

Learning energetic and specifically Kundalini bodywork is a personal journey of transformation and the further we are on our journey the more we can support others on theirs.

We will learn and experience how Kundalini bodywork is fundamentally different to other energy work modalities such as Reiki and Pranic healing, while also learning the value of these systems and how to include these practices within our own.

We go beyond experiencing, or understanding, energetic, and Kundalini bodywork, and start to develop the inner character, open heartedness, and sense of oneness, needed, to work with energy and Kundalini. This courses provides techniques, and offers perspectives that we can all use, but it also teaches us that no body can truly give us Kundalini, or take it away: we are only able to know, love, and trust ourselves, so that it can run through us.

As well as the knowledge and training received in the course this is a time and space to discover your own knowledge with like minded people dedicated to service, love and the expansion of human consciousness.

A kundalini rising, although not the aim of this workshop, is a unique experience and the knowledge that we individually receive is the knowledge that fits us best, our DNA, karma, souls purpose, and unique way of working. Although Energetic Bodywork and De-armouring are fundamentally connected and learned at the same time: for the first 3 days our main focus is on energetic and kundalini bodywork, and then 1 days rest is followed by 3 days mainly focused on de-armouring.

It is not possible to only attend the second half as it changes the group dynamics

De-armouring is a metaphoric term that relates to taking, emotional, physical, and mental pain, out of the body. In this course we will learn and practice various techniques that allow us to de-armour the body in a safe and non-obtrusive way by incorporating a greater flow of Chi through the body. We will learn how to de-armour ourselves (self-de-armouring), and how to de-armour others.

In my sessions de-armouring, energetic bodywork, and kundalini bodywork are generally all practiced together as it is hard to separate them in practice. In the second half of this workshop our main focus will be on de-armouring the body of emotional pain and trauma, and learning how to release dense chi in the body so that it can transform.

Course includes

• Basic science and it's practical application to the work

• Specific and major points in the body that allow more Chi to flow

• Where, how, how long, and how hard to press and hold points on and in the body. When to include motion, how to notice energy shifting in the body, when to communicate with clients, creating a space for integration, and much more

• You will be required to both give, and receive this work, during the training

• Open to professional and non-professional people

When I teach, there is always a plan, but working with the wisdom that the group already contains, and focusing more on what each group wants to learn, always gives more joy, and creates a better learning environment.

Prerequisite

Prerequisite for advanced courses is to have attended an intro training or to have submitted at least the first 4 learning reviews from Kundalini Bodywork Online 

This allow us to focus on the actual bodywork during the training, referring people back to the online course for fundamental questions to this practice. It's very hard to fail the online course or have your application rejected but occasionally we may suggest more personal development work is needed before attending to ensure a group container where everyone benefits.

Practical details: 

The venue is a beautiful seminar room 20 minutes drive from Zürich, or slightly longer with public transport.

Price for the workshop is CHF1250 with healthy vegan, mostly organic, lunch catered for. Please mark dietary requirements when booking.

We will connect participants on Social media before the workshop. It is suggested that you look to book self catering AirBnB’s together in the local or to take one alone.

Cancellation policy:

For pandemic related cancellations, including country boarder closures, gathering restrictions, and quarantine enforced measures on the organisers side, you are granted a 100% refund with a CHF20 fee deducted to cover administration costs: credit card, currency exchange fees, etc, this admin charge is wavered if you transfer to another course. For quarantine enforced measures on the participants side, evidence is requested before processing the refund (additional donations are greatly received to cover the loss). Normally there is a CHF30 admin fee to change course dates, and a CHF20 admin fee for late cash payments on accommodation. On review of your application we may ask further questions and reserve the right to refuse your application giving you a full 100% refund, with a CHF20 fee deducted, due within 7 days. Cancellation within 1 week of booking = 100% refund with a CHF80 admin fee

Cancellation up to 8 weeks before the course = 75% refund

Cancellation after 8 weeks before the course = 50% refund
