Level 1 is a great course for personal transformation and for training to be a therapist in Kundalini Bodywork. Many people complete level 1 alone and start advertising in our practitioner directory attracting paying clients or opting into session exchanges within our growing community.

The level 2 knowledge and transmissions of energy are different to the level 1. The embodiment of the energy that allows people to offer this work happens so much more profoundly in level 2 as we work with higher dimensional energies and consciousness that further supports our expansion into non-dual awareness. We are seeing the best integration of this energy when we run level 1 & 2 back to back or when students dedicate enough time to practice and meditation between the two trainings.

You do not need to be a practitioner to attend this training. You're very welcome to come and join for your own personal development reasons.

Full Course Details

Kundalini Bodywork & De-armouring, Advanced, Level Two

General Information:

Our daily schedule is from approximately 09:15 to 18:00 with one day off for integration.

Level One teaches us to clear traumas in the body and to work Tantricaly with off body and on body energetic touch to create a body that vibrates on bliss and joy. Level Two moves us into the realms of Shaktipat and the transmission of energy while cultivating more non-dual awareness. Although we can only give Shaktipat if fully enlightened, in Level Two we learn the process to support another person to activate their Kundalini and embody more of their higher self, in a similar way to how Shaktipat is given.

Shaktipat, being of the left-hand path, means someone else awakens us. Whereas Kundalini Bodywork is of the middle path, so we are not learning to give Shaktipat in a traditional sense - traditionally becoming someone’s Guru after Shaktipat in order to support their spiritual development, in Kundalini Bodywork we create a community of practice where we each acknowledge the guru within ourselves and within each other.

What we are learning to do is to work with someone's spine in order to support them to access the knowledge and information that is right for them in their life path now.

To work in this way we fuse two concepts together.

The first concept is the most important. In this we are helping the client realise themselves, so we are not connecting with any higher dimensional beings, no aliens, angels, Gods, Goddesses, or demons. We are inviting them to connect with the highest aspects of themselves that they can attain. As we interpret so much of our experience through our mind, the client or the receiver might see aliens, angels, Gods, Goddesses, demons or any archetype or memories that the mind conjures up to help them understand the self. Ultimately, what’s important is we are not chanting Kali, Shiva, Jesus, or a light language we do not understand or putting any other energies into their spine.

The second concept is our relationship to non-dual healing. How we find, hold and maintain this state. When we hold space for someone, our vibration is always going to affect their experience. As we are not enlightened, we need to focus on the spiritual knowledge that we have attained and the vibrations that we have developed in our own body that take us to our highest aspiration of truth - one that we can hold without thought. It’s not about reciting the knowledge in our minds, but feeling and being the knowledge that we are. Thus, we only transmit non-dual awareness to the level of purity that we have attained and by receiving this work, we attain more. We allow people to experience divinity in their own way, some dance, some bliss out, others talk, do yoga and make mudras, while still others laugh or go into orgasmic states. We need to acknowledge that the more we can take ourselves out of the experience and hold space for them, the more they experience. Thus we don’t give Shaktipat, but teach a person how to find themselves and embody more higher dimensional aspects of their individual unique soul. We also learn how to cut cords, and remove negative energies and entities from the body, while working with the glands and organs of the body to achieve the energetic upgrades we need to sustain ourselves in offering this work.

Level 2 involves more meditation. It asks more from us in being able to hold space for others, we work more with Tantric embodiment practices and learn to distinguish the thin line between harmful and beneficial energies and entities. We also explore what the dangers are in healing another opposed to supporting them to heal themselves and how to navigate this when removing the harmful energies and parasitic cords that drain a person’s life force.

In Kundalini Bodywork Online, we teach dealing with darker energies simply through not being a vibrational match to them through focusing on personal shadow work. In this workshop, we dive deeper into this world, seeing that the cause for many mental health problems, addictions and even persistent body pain boils down to dark and negative energies in the body from the clients own wishes or someone else’s.

We learn how to balance between teaching someone to heal themselves and healing people and how to deal with the Karma that is created by healing another. To help someone without harm is a difficult task which we approach by learning to work from a non-dual state, while increasing the strength and vibrancy of our own energetic and astral bodies.

We also learn to apply more clearing and protection practices for ourselves and others, and dive much deeper into working Tantricaly. In Level 1, tantric healing is described as the work we should not do, but will do.

In the Level 1 training, we advanced from basic energetic bodywork practices akin to pranic healing and reiki and learned to work with Kundalini and divinity itself by entering non-dual states to conduct energy work. We also explored what tantric healing is in relation to unity and why it’s a dangerous practice that needs much preparation. In this Level 2 training, we deepen this knowledge by approaching the training as a journey and mystery school, one that each person needs to go through to find their best practice. The curriculum is designed for people to find their own best way of working while also having a shared framework, methodology and understanding to work and communicate with.

Kundalini Bodywork at this level becomes more tantric in nature and we learn the concepts, practices and techniques that allow us to work in this way without becoming entangled in the other person’s energy field. We discover how to allow someone else to find connection with themselves through us without creating attachment. A large part of this is learning to further develop and manage our own energetic bodies and to align them to Truth. Of course, the question here becomes, “Which Truth?” and “What is Truth?” It is with great personal learning that comes from exploring these questions and finding answers in an experiential way that we embody the learnings of this course.

We also continue to learn further body de-armouring sequences and techniques, including how to increase the pleasure pain ratio and how to increase the baseline of pleasure in the body. We continue to apply the polarity framework as a tool in non-dual therapy and coaching to ensure the practice is truly holistic - honouring the mind and empowering the people we work with to heal themselves.

Course cost is on a sliding scale

The kitchen at the centre has dedicated Vegan chefs who are creating a menu with us that support the work we will do in this week, it includes a light breakfast, and high protein lunch, with heavier foods available in the evening. 

The training price is with accommodation, if you live close by or wish to take a private hotel there are many in the area a short drive away, please inform us before to help with room allocation although it will not effect the price of the training. 

Please pay an amount that best reflects your income, the sliding scale ALSO helps us allocate rooms fairly with the minimum donation of €500 to guarantee a private room

• €2150 lowest rate in shared room with food and accommodation
• €2650 lowest rate in a private room + private bathroom with food and accommodation

Sliding scale example: minimum price with food and accommodation is €2150  Say you choose to pay $2650 as you'd like a private room then in the the donation box you would include €500. This will make your final invoice $2650.

• Booking as a couple (double room request minimum is $400 each)
• Prefer a shared room and donated on the sliding scale (and let us know if you come a friend that you would like to share with)

Payment plans

• 30% at least 12 weeks before the training
• final 30% at least 6 weeks before the training

Travel

We will organise several shared mini/bus taxis to and from Lisbon and/or Faro airport once we know your estimated arrival times with the costs split between you, estimated around €50, less in a full taxi. If you miss the shared taxi and do not want to pay for a private one,  you can take a train direct from Lisbon to a local station and we will have a taxi pick you up at this location at a much cheaper rate. 

Alternatively you can drive (rent a car) and park at the venue for the week. 

Check in 

Course runs from Thursday 23rd at 10:00hrs to Tuesday 28th at 16:30hrs

Check in is from Wednesday 22nd at 15:00 and includes dinner for those wishing to arrive the night before (generally most people)

Check out of your room is on Wednesday 29th at 11:00 

Shared travel back to the airport is self organised with support during the middle of the week.

Cancellation policy:

For pandemic related cancellations, with proof of reason, you can keep a credit note in our account for the full amount, or you can receive a 50% refund. 

For other cancellation reasons:

Cancellation within 1 week of booking = 100% refund with a €80 admin fee

Cancellation up to 8 weeks before the course = 75% refund

Cancellation after 8 weeks before the course = 50% refund

Cancellation 2 weeks before the course = by discretion
