If you don’t know me, my name is Ailon and I’m the founder of the School of Playfulness

The workshops that you see on offer here are reflections of my own personal journey from profound introversion and shyness into multi-faceted self expression.

Having walked a path that has taken me into writing, painting, film, music, clowning, storytelling, comedy and more, I am here to support you in discovering your own inner world through creativity and self-expression.

I believe that that when self-expression is rooted in a therapeutic and spiritual base, it can be the most profound forum for our self-discovery and growth. Indeed, I believe that each of us who are called to the creative path have a pot of gold inside, a jewel that needs extracting from within. The creative practices are the methods of gaining access to these inner layers.

If you would like  support to delve into your inner world , I can  walk alongside you through one to one sessions. Coaching in this way can act as a catalyst and an incubator for hitherto unknown depths of creative self-expression.

In fact, we don’t even need to have a reason, it may simply be a ‘call’ that you hear to look deeper inside yourself for that elusive creative ‘something.’ To repeat the age old cliche- it’s the journey not the destination that reaps the gold, it’s the repetitive practice that makes you strong (not reaching the finish line).
