Israeli Postdoc "Work in Progress" Seminar Series

Join us for the Israeli Postdoc “Work in Progress” Seminar Series.

This month, Yuval Jacobi, a postdoctoral associate in MIT’s Department of Earth, Atmospheric and Planetary Sciences, will give a talk titled “Life Without Oxygen in an Oxygenated Ocean.”

Yuval studies microbial life in the ocean, focusing on how tiny sinking particles known as marine snow create distinct chemical environments that shape oxygen, nitrogen, and carbon cycling.

This event is held in collaboration with Kalaniyot.
